18U AAA – Greg Brown: - 2002 NYS High School and Midget AAA State Champion as a player.  Played for the Chicago Freeze and Youngstown Phantoms Jr A North American Hockey League. Four years player at Canisius College Division 1, Captain during his senior season.  Coaching for the last 11 years.

16U AAA – Brian Turner: - fifteenth year coaching hockey at the high school level and the fourth year at AYH with the 2003 AAA team.  His staff is highly qualified and has a tremendous amount of experience coaching high-level hockey. Committed to facilitating a program that builds character, develops skills, and utilizes innovative technology to further teach the game!  Players are encouraged to strive to play at the highest level possible and continue their post high school playing career.  Player in juniors with the Niagara Scenic and Rochester Junior Americans, as well as in D-III College at Brockport and Buffalo State.  

15U AAA – Lyle Rocker: – former Amherst Youth Hockey player, Division 1 scholarship recipient, 5 years of NCAA playing experience with the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and SUNY Cortland.  2 years with the Topeka Roadrunners of the North American Hockey League with an all-star appearance.  AYH coach of the year in 2017.

14U AAA – Geoff Peters: - resides in Amherst with his wife and 2 children, has coached AAA and Jr Hockey locally for 7 years. He has been to the NY State Championships four times, winning three of those times. He was a 2nd round draft pick of the Chicago Blackhawks in the 1996 NHL draft, and played professionally for 10 years. Geoff has a passion for hockey and enjoys coaching and teaching the fundamentals of the game. 

12U AAA – Brian Duffett / Grant Ledyard:

Brian is an Amherst resident and former Amherst Youth Hockey player.  While playing at Amherst Brian was part of  3 NYS Championships and 2 AAA National Championships at the Bantam and Junior B levels.  He also played collegiately for 4 years at Division 3 Hobart College and was Captain his Senior year.  Brian had a brief professional career playing in Finland.  He has 10 years of coaching experience at the AA, AAA and high school JV level. 

Coach Ledyard – 20 years of NHL playing experience, 7 years as Head Coach / Manager of Buffalo Jr. Sabres (OJHL), former Director of Youth Hockey for the Buffalo Sabres, previous experience coaching youth hockey players and also assist coach with UB Hockey.  Presently the Hockey Director for Amherst Youth Hockey.
